Marsha Roberts lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her plays include “Candy Thief” (Catherine Hickman Theatre, FLA and Blue Pearl Theatrics, NYC,) “Post Partum” (Pegasus Theatre, Sonoma and “Short and Sweet Festival, Sydney, Australia), “Typecast” and “The Fortune Teller” (Short and Sweet Festival, Hollywood, Ca.) and coming soon “Bingo” (Players Backstage Theatre, Florida.) Her short stories and essays have appeared in Thrice Fiction, Gravel, Loud Zoo, Magnolia Review, The Marin Independent Journal, and Biostories, among others. Her works are also featured in the Mothers and Other Creatures, America’s Funniest Humor Showcase and Best of Hospital Drive anthologies. Her comedy has been produced by an SF comedy troupe. A selection of her short stories has been performed at the New Short Fiction Series in Los Angeles. She has just completed her first novel, “The Agent”, about an elegant con game. Marsha is a member of Playground SF Writers’ Company, the Dramatists Guild and Left Coast Writers.
